Follow these seven steps to set up your TrackTraining workspace. Most teams are operational within a single working session.

    Create your organisation

    Sign in and create your organisation. Add your name, branding and invite the first admin. Multi-org support means each business unit gets its own scoped workspace.

    Add departments and employees

    ~10 min

    Set up departments, then add employees individually or by import. Each employee lives in a central directory with role, contact and supporting documents.

    Capture training records

    ~30 min

    Log existing certifications and courses with issue and expiry dates, and attach scanned certificates. This becomes your audit baseline.

    Define requirements

    ~10 min

    Specify which trainings and medicals are required for each role or department. The Training Matrix instantly shows who is compliant and who is not.

    Plan sessions

    ~5 min

    Schedule group training sessions, then mark attendance to update everyone's records at once — no more updating rows in a spreadsheet.

    Turn on notifications

    ~2 min

    Enable email alerts so the right people are notified before certifications expire. Configure thresholds (30 / 14 / 7 days) per training type.

    Open the dashboard

    ~1 min

    Watch your live compliance score, expiring items and recent activity. Export reports for audits or management reviews.
